Pitch & Whistle Co. was founded by someone who spent years managing a youth soccer club — not from a boardroom, but from the field. Handling registrations. Chasing carding deadlines. Coordinating schedules across a dozen teams. Fielding parent emails at 10pm.
That experience made one thing clear: the administrative work of running a soccer club is a full-time job that most clubs expect their coaches and volunteer directors to do on the side. It's unsustainable — and it takes attention away from the thing that matters most: the players.

The youth sports industry has plenty of software solutions. What it doesn't have is a firm that simply takes the work off your plate.
That's the gap we're filling. We're not a platform asking you to change how you operate. We're a management partner that plugs into your club, learns your systems, and handles the administrative side so your staff can do what they're actually there to do.
The goal is simple: every hour your director spends on paperwork is an hour not spent on player development. We're here to give that time back.
